UL Warns of Potentially Hazardous Holiday Decorative Outfits

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Dec. 2, 2008 -- Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is notifying consumers and retailers that lighted decorative outfits manufactured by Jian Lian Lighting Company do not comply with UL's safety requirements and may pose a risk of shock or fire.
This information was first reported in a previous UL public notice dated February 29, 2008.
